Danilo Pravica
Danilo Pravica has over 50 solo exhibitions to his name and over 200
group exhibitions. His work is held in private collections in countries
all over the workld and in government and private collections in Australia,
former Yugoslavia and Germany. He has beena gallery manager in Berlin
and has been an artist in residence in Cite Internationale des Arts, Paris,
France.
D'Hange Yammanee
Winner of over 50 art awards, D'hange Yammanee, has inspired and helped
people capture the illusion of light in portraiture and landscape He has
been invited to judge art awards, has conducted workshops and has given
demonstrations at many different art schools and art societies.
His passion is to share his knowledge and help others who are wanting
to improve their painting. In the past 5 years he has put together an
easy painting method that people can follow and that guarantees success,
even if the person has never held a brush before. All that is needed is
passion and time to practice.
Dragan Milosevic
Internationally known artist Dragan Milosevic teaches The Painting of
Icons and the Master Painting class.
Drewfus Gates
Dr Drewfus Gates is a gifted artist of international calibre, a phycisist
and self taught painter of many years, he is well known for his portraits
and works in pastel. He is internationally renowned for his light-filled
realist/impressionist land and seascapes. Drewfus brings unique insights
into light, colour and perception in his art teaching.
Lindsay Pow
Lindsay has been teaching drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking,
visual literacy and art history for over 30 years. He has undertaken community
art commissions, and exhibited in California, New York, throughout WA,
and also in Qld, NSW, and Melbourne. His work has been highly commended
in the Katanning Art Prize and the Williams Art Prize.
Trevor Richards
Trevor Richards is an experienced teacher at both secondary and tertiary
level and has been a practicing artist exhibiting at a national and international
level for over 30 years. His interest is in the area of contemporary abstraction
and the painting process, investigating the relationship between surface
and paint to achieve final works which have a sculptural presence.
Peta Miller
Peta is a practising artist exhibiting regularly in Perth and Margaret River. She had formal art training at Claremont School of Art and also has qualifications in Social Work and Art Therapy. Peta works in a number of diferent mediums including oils, acrylics and pastels. her current work is predominantly abstract but still is inspired by the same themes of the Kimberley and Fremantle.
Richard Merito
Richard Merito is a well respected lecturer of drawing and sculpture,
bringing an incredible energy and skill to his lessons. He is one of Claremont
School of Art's most treasured lecturers and has had a recognised influence
on West Australian sculptural practice.
